Please consider our terms and conditions before you place your order, by placing your order you are accepting our terms and conditions.

 

Delivery & Pick Up 

Delivery available from 8am - 12pm

Delivery fees vary based on location.

Contact us to arrange delivery after 12pm. Surcharges may apply.

Hot food may be delivered within 20 minutes of your nominated time.

Cold food may be delivered within 90 minutes of your nominated time.

Please allow a delivery window of 20 minutes to allow for parking & unloading.

Unless arranged prior, some one must be present to receive the order, if no one is present at the delivery location we will make a best judgement call as to whether to leave the order unattended (decision will be based on environment, weather, type of food, location, a safe place. etc.) or return it to our store.

In either event Winnie's cannot be held responsible for the unattended order or for a redelivery. In the event that an order is returned to our store, pick up will need to be arranged before 2pm or where possible redelivered for an additional fee.

 

Free pick up available 8am - 2pm at 3 Kent Street Rockingham.

Pick ups must be prompt as food is heated to order and will not be kept hot beyond pick up time.

The store closes at 2:30pm. We cannot guarantee staff presence beyond this time. Any orders not collected prior to 2:30pm with out prior arrangement will be forfeit and not eligible for a refund. 

 

Food Storage Guidelines

All food items are made fresh to order for each customer, Winnie's recommends consuming all food within 24-48 hours.

Winnie's advises that all food should be refrigerated upon delivery if not being consumed immediately.

When refrigerated all items should be stored under 5 degrees. When reheating food items, they should be reheated to be above 70 degrees.

Winnies cannot be held responsible for the quality of food if the above guidelines have not been followed.

 

Food Reheating Recommendations

If you have chosen to have your catering delivered / picked up cold for reheating later then we recommend that all food is stored in a fridge until ready for reheating. When ready to reheat remove the box lid and any sauces and place in an oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated to desired temperature. We recommend that all hot food is heated to above 70 degrees and eaten immediately. 

Winnies can not be held responsible for the quality of food if the above recommendations have not been followed.

 

Quotations

Winnie's will honor the prices and items quoted for a maximum of 30 days.

After 30 days Winnie's reserves the right to revisit all prices.

 

Ordering Terms

All catering is provided in recyclable boxes that are able to be heated (without the lid)

Most dietary requirements can be catering for when communicated at the time of ordering.

Please note that Winnie's handles all major allergens on site and although all possible care is taken, Winnie's cannot be held responsible for cross contamination. Due to the nature of the variety of foods and ingredients handled, Winnie's cannot make any complete guarantees that food items are free from cross contamination. By placing an order with Winnie's your are agreeing to do so at your own risk.

Dietary items will only be packaged and labeled separately upon request, additional charges may apply.

Prices are for food items only and do not include cutlery, plates, napkins or serving utensils.

Order Confirmation

All orders require payment up front unless terms have been arranged.

No order will be confirmed or completed without full payment.

 

Order Changes

Orders may be changed up to 48 hours prior to pick up / delivery. Changes beyond this time frame may not be accommodated with a like for like product and a substitute may be offered.

Changes requested on the day of pick up / delivery may be declined or incur additional fees.

Please note that we work with fresh, seasonal products, at times some ingredients or products may not be available due to seasonality or supply issues, in these cases we will substitute those products or ingredients with the closest match possible. This may happen with no notice.

 

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Orders that are already prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.

If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hour notice - cancellation is void.

A cancellation notice must be placed in email to [email protected]

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.

Refunds will be offered in the event that an order does not meet the standard or quality advertised and is not fit for purpose.

In the event that a product is not fit for purpose it may only be considered for a refund within 4 hours of collection or delivery as this is the food safety window. 

Winnie's cannot be held responsible for issues with food items outside of the 4 hour food safety window if the above storage and reheating recommendations have not been followed.

Note that due to seasonal availability there may be some variation of ingredients and display, Winnie's reserves the right to make necessary adaptions due to availability, orders with such adaptations are not eligible for refunds based on the adaptations.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

For any refund to be considered the product must be returned to Winnie's by the customer in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
